Research activities

Research activities of share-it are coined by a long experience and exchange of good practise by its staff working in the field within international partnerships. On the basis of this participatory approach to research share-it has established a close co-operation with the Italian National Research Institute for Professional Education ISFOL and the Italian Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare. The following paragraph provides a selection of present and recent  studies and related publications on local, national and trans-national level.

Research on orientation services and support for women and men over 45 provided by Employment Offices and accredited Training and Orientation Agencies’
The research analyses professional orientation and consulting, life long learning and higher education for a reintegration in the job market and the prevention of unemployment of people over 45. This includes a content analysis on regulation strategies from a national and European perspective and  a comparative study of good practices in 3 European countries (Germany, France and UK.)
