Monika Savier: president and founder of share-it. Her academic qualifications are specifically related to Sociology and Education Science. She is an international expert in formal and informal training systems (adult education, integration of socially disadvantaged target groups), with thirty-year experience in researches, evaluation, design and management of EU projects in the fields of social policy, international cooperation and gender mainstreaming.
Marion Fischer: senior expert, political scientist and journalist. She has worked as international project manager in Poland, Russia and Belarus. Taught political science and project management in universities in the USA, Moscow, Berlin and currently teaches at Universitá Tor Vergata in Rome. She is project developer in human recourses development, integrative social support systems with twenty years of experience in design and management of EU projects.
Alessandra Gonzi: junior EU Expert, youth program manager, teacher at the Universitá Tor Vergata Roma. She works in the fields of project design, management, research and evaluation within the EU projects managed by share-it. Her fields of specialisation are youth, social and gender policies, non-formal training and education methodologies
